Hi everyone
Our son age 12 has autism and SLD.
He is often disruptive at night, bouncing round his room till all
hours and banging on any accessible hard surfaces till his knuckles
are swollen.
Some time ago a friend found herself working for a small local
company who were developing a new product; a flexible and more
economical alternative to foam room padding called "safespaces".
We got funding through our OT and had a "safespace" installed at
home. It has proved a godsend to be honest and I've just found out
that there is now a safespace website if anyone is interested....
