Description

This forum is for our Mendip Mountain Biking Group, based in Shipham near Cheddar in Somerset. We ride out from the Miners Arms in Shipham onto the Mendip at 8pm every Thursday.

If you want to meet for a chat before joining a ride, or for information on local riding, then just drop in to The Miners Arms, Shipham on a Thursday night, at about 10pm and ask the LandLord to point you in our direction!

Off-road lighting is required, but we have a spare set of Tiger Lights that can be borrowed at any time to get you going! Just let us know before hand. These were designed by one of our riders and thoroughly tested by us!

In between our night rides we get out on day and weekend trips. This year (2012) we have visited the Quantocks. In April we have a trip to Mid Wales planned.
